We process your personal data exclusively within the framework of the legal provisions (GDPR, Telecommunications Act 2003). This privacy policy informs you about the type, scope, and purpose of data processing in connection with your visit to our online shop.

a) When visiting the website (Shopify)

When you visit our website (operated by Shopify Inc. ), the following data is automatically collected:

This data is used to ensure the technical operation and optimization of the website. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

When you place an order, we process the following data:

Duration: Until expiry of statutory retention periods (usually 7 years according to BAO/UStG)

If you contact us by email or contact form, we process:

  • name

  • E-mail address

  • your message

Purpose: Processing your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR)
Duration: Until completion of processing or legal retention
